During your first session, your medical history, body composition, fitness goals and eating habits will be discussed and evaluated free of charge.
As you progress through your customized, goal-oriented training program, you will receive progress reports documenting changes in your body composition and body measurements. This will help track your progress and determine if adjustments to your training program are necessary.

Training Session
Boot camp, one-on-one and group sessions are available.
Boot camp sessions are held at 5:00am and 6:00am (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) and are conducted outdoors (on the grounds near the BodyVisionz fitness studio). Boot camp programs are designed to be BOOT CAMP! Boot camp recruits are required to attend 3 times per week and sessions are held rain or shine. These sessions run 45 minutes or until you have reached complete exhaustion (whichever comes first).
One-on-one sessions consist of a strength/weight training program designed specifically to meet your fitness level and goals. These one-hour sessions are conducted in the fitness studio.
Group fitness sessions consist of dynamic circuit and strength training workouts of up to 4 people. The intensity of group sessions will serve to help you burn fat calories faster. Working in a group setting also provides increased motivation as you will feel like part of a team. Group sessions are very popular and are very effective in helping you reach your fitness goals quickly. Group sessions are conducted in the fitness studio and last one-hour.
Fitness Training Studio
The BodyVisionz fitness training studio is located in the Lake Mary/Sanford area. For those who have trained in a conventional health club or gym, you know how distracting and intimidating that environment can be. At BodyVisionz’s fitness studio, distractions are minimal. You will experience a private, comfortable, non-intimidating setting which will allow you to concentrate on yourself and get the best out of each workout session.
Fully equipped with top of the line fitness equipment for strength, weight, resistance, core and cardiovascular training, you are guaranteed to get a quality work out.
